We present proposals and technologies
tailored for each client.

We hold a meeting with the customer on the basis of their specifications, and give the customer a quotation. Depending on the content of the work involved, our mechanical design engineer and electrical design engineer will also join the sales staff in the meeting.

  Machine design

First, we create a concept drawing on the
basis of the customer's specifications.

At this point, we discuss with the customer and adjust the direction of the project. After that, we create and submit an approval drawing. Once it is approved by the customer, we create the component drawing.

Purchasing

We arrange the devices required for the equipment,
and manage their delivery deadlines.

Components processing

We process components on the basis of the
component drawings created by the design engineer.

Our major products

Assembly

Once the devices and components have all been gathered,
we move onto assembling work.

Assembling work starts once the devices arranged by the purchase and components produced in the process have been gathered. This is important work since finishing of the completed equipment depends on the assembly precision.

Electrical / operation tuning

We perform the final operation tuning.

We wire the assembled equipment. Then, we upload the circuit that was designed in advance on the equipment sequencer and tune the operation.
